Key Responsibilities::

• Coordinate HVAC service calls and maintenance appointments, ensuring timely dispatch of technicians to customer locations.
• Communicate with customers to confirm service details, respond to inquiries, and provide updates on technician arrival times.
• Schedule and prioritize incoming service requests based on urgency and technician availability.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service requests, and work orders.
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure they have the necessary information and resources for each service job.
• Monitor the status of ongoing work orders and communicate any changes or delays to customers.
• Assist in managing inventory of HVAC parts and equipment for service calls.
• Provide administrative support for billing, invoicing, and customer follow-up.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of incoming service requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using dispatch software and office tools (e.g., MS Office).
• Ability to work independently and handle customer concerns professionally.
• HVAC knowledge or experience is a plus, but not required.
• Positive attitude, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
