After-Hours Contact Info & COVID-19 Operations Update

During these uncertain and trying times, North Beach Services remains open and committed to providing you with outstanding HVAC service. Our priority right now is the health and safety of our families, co-workers and customers. Our office is open and our technicians will continue to perform service as long as their safety, and yours, is not compromised by the COVID-19 virus. As most all businesses have, we have instituted policies to protect everyone’s health and safety during this crisis.

Unfortunately, our after-hours answering service (located in Texas) is temporarily not operating due to illnesses. For after-hours calls, please use one of the following phone numbers: (252) 491-2878 or (252) 491-2852. We will be transferring these calls to our cell phones when we are closed so please be sure to leave a detailed message and phone number if you get a voicemail. We will call you back as soon as possible. We are also monitoring our emails regularly so you can reach out to us on our personal emails or at contact@northbeachhvac.com

Just as a reminder, homeowners will be contacted the day of service. If you have any concerns about the service being performed, you will be able to re-schedule your appointment. Our technicians will ask to wash their hands upon arriving at your home and will also ask to wash their hands upon leaving your home. We ask your assistance in helping us maintain a safe distance (at least 6 feet) from anyone in your home. We also ask, if at all possible, you schedule service for times when the home is not occupied to help protect the health of everyone. If anyone in your home is showing symptoms of being ill, please contact our office to re-schedule your appointment. We will also politely refrain from shaking hands with our customers.

Keeping our community safe and healthy is everyone’s responsibility. The most important precaution all of us can take is to be mindful of our personal health by maintaining social distancing and practicing good hygiene, such as washing your hands frequently for at least 20 seconds and to avoid touching our faces.
